Here we have a nice example of a very popular layout caravan in the Coachman VIP 545 with a fixed rear island bed and centre washroom. If we start on the outside, you will see that this has been fitted with BBQ gas point, PowrTouch motor mover, ATC and a solar panel. Once inside the lounge area as the popular twin bench settees with the two drawers and pull-out table in the middle under the front window. There is plenty of day light in the caravan as not only is there a Heki roof light but also a sunroof at the front. The lounge is also fitted with LED spotlights and a stereo with speakers. The kitchen area has everything that you need for holidays or short trips away, such as a 3-burner gas hob with hot plate, grill, oven, microwave, roof fan and 3-way fridge. Across from the kitchen is a small area where you can position the TV as there is a TV aerial socket and 230v socket. In the centre of the caravan is where the washroom is located. This runs the width of the van and has a separate toilet, washbasin, and shower with added storage for all the toiletries. Also in the washroom is a small towel rail that is powered by the ALDI central Heating that has been fitted to the van. Finally, the bedroom has a fixed island bed with 2 wardrobes either side with drawers’ underneath. Overall, this caravan is in exceptional condition with and if you add that to the popular layout it all adds up to a caravan that won’t hang around for long.
